Nutrient Changes in Berries of “Anab-e-Shahi” and “Perllete” Varieties of Grapes with Advancing Phenology in the Growing Season

Understanding how nutrients accumulate and change throughout the developmental stages according to BBCH scale can be a very effective technique for developing fertilization programmes high-quality, marketable grape production. Accordingly, macro- micronutrient concentrations at different growth were analyzed two commercial cultivars, viz., “Anab-e-Shahi” “Perlette”, by using an extended scale. The results show nitrogen content was reduced during sampling period (D1 D6) from 1.76 percent 1.09 percent. Potassium concentration in berries kept on increasing 0.15%, principal stage 7 with code 73 (D1), 0.26% 8 89 (D6). lowest phosphorus of 253.88 ppm highest 338.43 found D1 D6, respectively. berry Ca however showed increase first thereafter decreased 225.18 harvest.
